Our Terms and Conditions

  • Our sessions are priced at £299 per person. This includes our entire service, please note images are excluded and are available to purchase on the day.
  • Most people love their images and use their booking deposit towards purchasing a beautiful collection of keepsake images however there is no obligation to do so.
  • All our promotional appointments require a refundable booking deposit of £50 per person on weekdays and on weekends.This allows us to arrange our staff in advance so we can give an exceptional experience.
  • Providing you meet the following requirements on our promotional appointments, we will happily refund your booking deposit upon completion of your session. If booking deposit is paid by card, then it can only be refunded back on the same card.
  • All promotional appointments are for a maximum of two adults.
  • Clients must be over 18. Under 18s must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  • You are required to bring proof of ID to your appointment, a drivers licence, passport or identidy card are ideal.
  • As part of any promotion, a minimum of 4 different outfit changes is required per person per shoot, otherwise your booking deposit might be affected.
  • If you need to change your appointment date please either call our Bookings Office immediately on or by emailing info@urbanvibestudios.com
  • You may reschedule your appointment once free of charge providing we are given at least 7 days prior notice otherwise your booking deposit will be affected.
  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early. Management has the right to refuse an appointment if you are late and your booking deposit might be affected.
  • Please allow 4-5 hours for the completion of the session.
  • Your deposit will be deemed non refundable if you or any participants do not complete the entire session and adhere to the requirements of the promotion; makeup and hair styling, photography with minimum 4 outfits and viewing session.
  • If your guest does not attend the appointment, their booking deposit will be deemed non refundable and can only be used towards credit.
  • The session can be transferred to a guest as long as 72 hours notice has been given. Otherwise, the booking deposit will be deemed non refundable.
  • Any promotion that include a free image is to be of an individual image only, group shots are excluded.
  • All promotional discount vouchers are valid per person and apply to packages only. Single images are excluded.
  • We apply soft airbrushing to all images, this includes adjusting the lighting and smoothing your skin to create a gorgeous natural look. Any specific requests such as removing love handles, tattoos or deep laughter lines etc are free with any package of 6 images or more.
    All retouching requests must be made during your viewing. While every effort will be made to ensure your complete satisfaction this is a free service and separate from your order. All retouching requests to single images will be charged at £15 per image.
    There is no obligation to purchase any images.
  • If you decide not to purchase any images your refundable deposit request will be sent to our accounts department.
  • Refunds will take approximately 7-10 working days to process. Please note refunds cannot be processed on the day of your appointment.
  • Appointments are valid for 3 months.
  • In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, we will happily cancel an appointment and refund your deposit providing we are notified within 14 working days commencing the day after receiving your booking. You must contact us by either emailing info@urbanvibestudios.com, calling 02037357204 or alternatively by addressing it in writing to Big Picture Studios, 1st Floor, 68 Great Eastern st, London EC2A 3JT.
  • Please note due to the special nature of our work we will not cancel or reduce an order in any way once you leave our premises.
    Your privacy is extremely important to us. We will never use any of your images for promotional purposes such as internet marketing and other use without your permission.
  • All appointments must be confirmed within a week of your session or sadly we cannot guarantee your appointment. We will contact you by phone, email and text.
